{"id":50342,"date":"2016-11-15T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-11-14T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.santpol.edu.es\/european-young-chef-award-2016\/"},"modified":"2022-05-31T15:05:11","modified_gmt":"2022-05-31T13:05:11","slug":"european-young-chef-award-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.santpol.edu.es\/ca\/blog\/european-young-chef-award-2016\/","title":{"rendered":"European Young Chef Award 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>El concursant de la regi\u00f3 de South Aegean de Gr\u00e8cia, Stamatios Misomikes, es proclama guanyador absolut del l&#8217;European Young Chef Award amb el plat \u201cSalas\u201d.<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-15195\" src=\"http:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/PGI003--150x150.jpg\" alt=\"European Young Chef Award Trophy\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>Ahir a les instal\u00b7lacions de l&#8217;Hotel-Escola de Sant Pol de Mar vam acollir la final del concurs <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/igcat.org\/youngchefaward\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">European Young Chef Award 2016,<\/a><\/strong> organitzat per l&#8217;<a href=\"http:\/\/igcat.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>IGCAT<\/strong><\/a>, (Institut Internacional de Gastronomia, Cultura, Arts i Turisme) i promogut per la Plataforma de la <strong>Regi\u00f3 Europea de la Gastronomia<\/strong> juntament amb l&#8217;EUHT StPOL.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;esdeveniment es va realitzar dins el marc \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.catalunya.com\/que-fer\/tasta\/catalunya-regio-europea-de-la-gastronomia-2016\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Catalunya, Regi\u00f3 Europea de la Gastronomia 2016<\/strong><\/a>\u201d amb l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;enfortir els vincles entre les Regions Europees, a trav\u00e9s de joves xefs internacionals on es promociona la <strong>innovaci\u00f3 culin\u00e0ria<\/strong>, la <strong>tradici\u00f3 gastron\u00f2mica<\/strong> i els <strong>productes locals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Durant el mat\u00ed es va celebrar el propi concurs, on els deu finalistes de la competici\u00f3 van elaborar i presentar el seu plat davant el jurat format per en <strong>Joan Roca<\/strong> (3 estrelles Michelin i Millor Cuiner del M\u00f3n 2013 i 2015, tamb\u00e9 va ser President del Jurat), <strong>Diane Dodd<\/strong> (Presidenta de l&#8217;IGCAT), <strong>Ramon Serra<\/strong> (President de l&#8217;EUHT StPOL), <strong>Caroline Couret<\/strong> (Director of Network and Barcelona Tourism Creative program) i <strong>Jordi Tresserras<\/strong> (Coordinator of Cultural Tourism and the Postgrade Course in International Cooperation and Cultural Management at the University of Barcelona).<\/p>\n<p>El concursant de la regi\u00f3 de <strong>South Aegean de Gr\u00e8cia, Stamatios Misomikes<\/strong>, es va proclamar guanyador absolut del cert\u00e0men European Young Chef Award amb el plat <strong>&#8220;Salas&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La competici\u00f3 va ser formada per <strong>deu joves cuiners entre els 18 i 28 anys<\/strong> procedents de les regions que participen a la Plataforma de les Regions Gastron\u00f2miques Europees:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Mikko Tilhonen, de Kuopio (Finland): &#8220;Whipped semolina porridge with lingonberry&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Leon Pintaric, de Prekmurje (Slovenia): &#8220;Koline&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Daniel Joarza de Sibiu (Romania): &#8220;Ham cock with beans&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Jan van Hout de Noord-Brabant (Netherlands): &#8220;Roots of Parlsey&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Shane Sheedy de Galway (Ireland): &#8220;Liver and Onions&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Edgars Balodis de Riga-Gauja (Latvia): &#8220;Skalndrausis&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Andrei Iosif Micle de East Lombardy (Italy): &#8220;Polenta con Ragu&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Mikkel Kjolhede de Aarus-Central (Denmark): &#8220;KogtTorsk&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Jose Manuel Zafra de Catalunya (Spain): &#8220;Mar i Muntanya&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Stamatios Misomikes de South Aegean (Greece): &#8220;Salas&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>La jornada va incloure un Dinar de celebraci\u00f3 amb els membres del jurat, participants i organitzaci\u00f3 del concurs i posteriorment es va cambiar d&#8217;escenari per la celebraci\u00f3 de la Taula Rodona <strong>\u201cMentoring and Inspiring Young Chefs\u201d<\/strong>, en la que hi van participar la xef <strong>Carme Ruscalleda<\/strong> (Embaixadora de Catalunya, Regi\u00f3 Europea de la Gastronomia 2016) i el xef <strong>Joan Roca<\/strong>.
