De la m\u00e0 del <strong>xef Jordi Vil\u00e0<\/strong>, visitar l&#8217;Alkimia significa anar m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 d&#8217;all\u00f2 gastron\u00f2mic per endinsar-te en una <strong>experi\u00e8ncia art\u00edstica i sensorial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scott Arn<\/strong>, alumne del<strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/ca\/master-in-culinary-arts-and-kitchen-management-english\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Master in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Managment<\/a><\/strong>, ha tingut la oportunitat d&#8217;aprendre de l&#8217;equip del xef Vil\u00e0 gr\u00e0cies a les <strong>pr\u00e0ctiques d&#8217;estiu<\/strong> que oferim des de l&#8217;<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hotel-Escola<\/a><\/strong>. Durant uns intensos mesos, l&#8217;Scott ha apr\u00e8s no nom\u00e9s pr\u00e0ctiques culin\u00e0ries i habilitats que fins ara desconeixia sin\u00f3 que ha descobert que l&#8217;entorn contribueix clarament en l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia global del client.<\/p>\n<p>Des de l&#8217;<strong>EUHTStPOL<\/strong> l&#8217;hem entrevistat per saber de primera m\u00e0 com \u00e9s treballar en el restaurant m\u00e9s bonic del m\u00f3n.
