Han presentat els seus treballs davant d\u2019un tribunal format per docents en actiu al sector<\/h3>\n<p>Els alumnes del <a href=\"http:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/ca\/estudis\/master-in-hospitality-management\/\"><strong>Master in Hospitality Management<\/strong><\/a> i els del <a href=\"http:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/ca\/estudis\/master-en-arts-culinaries-i-direccio-de-cuina\/\"><strong>M\u00e0ster en Arts Culin\u00e0ries i Direcci\u00f3 de Cuina<\/strong><\/a> (juntament amb la versi\u00f3 en <strong>angl\u00e8s <\/strong>del mateix curs) han treballat tot l\u2019any en els seus<strong> projectes de final de M\u00e0ster<\/strong>. Durant les darreres setmanes, han hagut de defensar-los davant d\u2019un <strong>tribunal professional<\/strong>, que els ha avaluat.<\/p>\n<p>Els estudiants del <strong>Master in Hospitality Management<\/strong> han treballat amb l\u2019objectiu de buscar una <strong>idea innovadora<\/strong> relacionant totes i cadascuna de les assignatures i <strong>conceptes<\/strong> que han apr\u00e8s durant el curs. S\u2019han submergit en tasques com el <strong>diagn\u00f2stic<\/strong>, el disseny o la viabilitat del seu negoci, utilitzant eines com la <strong>creativitat<\/strong>, l\u2019anal\u00edtica, <strong>l\u2019emprenedoria<\/strong>\u2026 Com a resultat, s\u2019han exposat projectes \u00fanics i rellevants pel sector <strong>Hospitality<\/strong> i el de <strong>Food&amp;Beverage<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed teniu els <strong>t\u00edtols<\/strong> i els <strong>autors<\/strong> dels treballs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Back 2 Basics is place where people can combine three of the greatest pleasures of life: eating, drinking and playing. Main focuses of the hotel are wedding organizations and wedding hosting &#8211; <strong>Iva Djordjevic<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Els alumnes del <strong>M\u00e0ster en Arts Culin\u00e0ries i Direcci\u00f3 de Cuina<\/strong> tamb\u00e9 han anat desenvolupant i perfilant els seus projectes durant tot l\u2019any. Tots ells han aconseguit acabar les seves tesis convertint-les en una excel\u00b7lent Font de coneixement que, a m\u00e9s de ser exhaustiva, \u00e9s accessible i <strong>cridanera pel lector<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019entre ells, hi ha hagut projectes <strong>d\u2019investigaci\u00f3<\/strong>, treballs d\u2019an\u00e0lisis empresarial, de desenvolupament de <strong>men\u00fas gastron\u00f2mics<\/strong> o enfocats a pal\u00b7liar certes necessitats nutricionals.
