El restaurant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mugaritz.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mugaritz<\/a> d\u2019Andoni Aduriz n\u2019\u00e9s un exemple; l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/azurmendi.restaurant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Azurmendi<\/a> d\u2019Eneko Atxa, un altre, el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mirazur.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mirazur<\/a> de Mauro Colagreco, l\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/www.abacbarcelona.com\/es\/restaurante\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ABaC<\/a> d\u2019en Jordi Cruz&#8230; Tots, en major o menor mesura, compten amb un hort propi en qu\u00e8 cultiven plantes arom\u00e0tiques, verdures, flors comestibles\u00a0o fruiters. Cuinar amb productes de proximitat i amb ingredients cultivats per un mateix \u00e9s una tend\u00e8ncia a l\u2019al\u00e7a en el sector.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest sentit, durant aquest curs els alumnes del <a href=\"https:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/ca\/estudis\/master-en-arts-culinaries-i-direccio-de-cuina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>M\u00e0ster en Arts Culin\u00e0ries i Direcci\u00f3 de Cuina<\/strong><\/a> de l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/ca\">Escola Universit\u00e0ria d\u2019Hoteleria i Turisme de Sant Pol de Mar<\/a> (EUHT StPOL) s\u2019han sumat a aquesta tend\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de visitar diversos terrenys agr\u00edcoles de la zona i un cop adquirits els coneixements i t\u00e8cniques per al cultiu de determinades hortalisses i plantes arom\u00e0tiques, han finalitzat el segon m\u00f2dul del m\u00e0ster amb la creaci\u00f3 del seu propi hort en els terrenys de l\u2019Hotel-Escola de Sant Pol de Mar. Un aprenentatge vivencial que permet als alumnes ampliar els coneixements per aplicar-los posteriorment a la cuina.
