La pon\u00e8ncia, juntament amb la de l\u2019Ada Parellada, xef del restaurant Semproniana de Barcelona, formava part del programa \u201ctour del restaurador\u201d, organitzat pel Cl\u00faster Alimentari Barcelona, juntament amb HORECA Solutions i l\u2019Escola Universit\u00e0ria d\u2019Hoteleria i Turisme de Sant Pol de Mar (EUHT StPOL).<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Qu\u00e8 entenem per producte org\u00e0nic i\/o ecol\u00f2gic? Quin impacte tenen els productes ecol\u00f2gics a la cuina i la restauraci\u00f3? La filosofia de cuina saludable en restauraci\u00f3 \u00e9s una tend\u00e8ncia de futur o una realitat? Aquestes s\u00f3n algunes de les q\u00fcestions que s\u2019han tractat a la taula rodona titulada \u201cEl producte del futur i la demanda del producte org\u00e0nic\u201d impartida per <strong>Panda Gay i Mireia Anglada<\/strong>, docents del <a href=\"https:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/ca\/estudis\/master-en-arts-culinaries-i-direccio-de-cuina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">M\u00e0ster en Arts Culin\u00e0ries i Direcci\u00f3 de Cuina de l\u2019EUHT StPOL<\/a>.
