A continuaci\u00f3, t&#8217;expliquem amb detall qu\u00e8 \u00e9s l&#8217;Hotel Revenue Management i et donem algunes estrat\u00e8gies per aplicar com a gerent d&#8217;hotel.\u00a0<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s l&#8217;hotel revenue management?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La gesti\u00f3 d&#8217;ingressos, o Revenue Management, \u00e9s un concepte popular dins de la ind\u00fastria hotelera i s&#8217;utilitza per optimitzar els resultats financers d&#8217;un hotel i maximitzar-ne els ingressos. La idea central d&#8217;aquesta estrat\u00e8gia \u00e9s vendre l&#8217;habitaci\u00f3 d&#8217;hotel correcta, al client correcte, en el moment correcte, al preu correcte, a trav\u00e9s del canal correcte, amb la millor rendibilitat.<\/p>\n<p>En termes generals, \u00e9s<strong> l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi de dades per predir el comportament dels clients, de manera que la disponibilitat i el preu de les habitacions i serveis es puguin optimitzar<\/strong> per generar la major quantitat possible de reserves.
