Coincidint amb l&#8217;efem\u00e8ride, l&#8217;alumnat del Cicle Formatiu de Grau Mitj\u00e0 en Gastronomia i Restauraci\u00f3 ha participaci\u00f3 en una sessi\u00f3 formativa a c\u00e0rrec de la Fundaci\u00f3 Dieta Mediterr\u00e0nia. Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s i quins en s\u00f3n els beneficis? T&#8217;ho expliquem a les seg\u00fcents l\u00ednies.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Patrimoni Cultural i Immaterial de la Humanitat<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Fa una d\u00e8cada, la UNESCO (Organitzaci\u00f3 de les Nacions Unides per a l&#8217;Educaci\u00f3, la Ci\u00e8ncia i la Cultura) va incloure la Dieta Mediterr\u00e0nia a la Llista Representativa de Patrimoni Cultural Immaterial de la Humanitat, una proposta que va ser presentada conjuntament per Espanya, Gr\u00e8cia, It\u00e0lia i el Marroc.<\/p>\n<p>Es fixava aix\u00ed la import\u00e0ncia d&#8217;aquest element, aix\u00ed com el seu valor i la necessitat de protecci\u00f3 i prevalen\u00e7a. &#8220;La dieta mediterr\u00e0nia \u00e9s un tema molt important&#8221;, va remarcar Domingo Valiente, director de la Fundaci\u00f3 Dieta Mediterr\u00e0nia.<\/p>\n<p>De fet, en el seminari impartit a l&#8217;alumnat del <a href=\"https:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/ca\/tecnic-en-gastronomia-i-restauracio\/?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=post&amp;utm_campaign=dieta_mediterranea\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cicle Formatiu de Grau Mitj\u00e0 en Gastronomia i Restauraci\u00f3<\/a> de l&#8217;Hotel-Escola de Sant Pol de Mar, Domingo ha explicat que no nom\u00e9s la UNESCO avala la import\u00e0ncia d&#8217;aquest estil de vida, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 altres organismes internacionals com:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>OMS (Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut):<\/strong> considera que \u00e9s &#8220;la m\u00e9s saludable de el m\u00f3n&#8221;.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization)<\/strong>: la considera com &#8220;la m\u00e9s sostenible&#8221; per la import\u00e0ncia del producte de proximitat, el valor del territori, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Qui ha de liderar i impulsar la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia sou vosaltres: els alumnes que en un futur m\u00e9s o menys proper estareu a les cuines, restaurants i hotels&#8221;;<\/strong> va declarar el director de la Fundaci\u00f3.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&#8220;\u00c9s una manera o estil de vida, no es tracta nom\u00e9s d&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3, \u00e9s tot all\u00f2 que l&#8217;envolta&#8221;, va afirmar Blanca Raid\u00f3, responsable de formaci\u00f3 de la <a href=\"https:\/\/dietamediterranea.com\/nutricion-saludable-ejercicio-fisico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fundaci\u00f3 Dieta Mediterr\u00e0nia<\/a>. Es tracta d&#8217;un estil de vida equilibrat que recull receptes, formes de cuinar, celebracions, costums, productes t\u00edpics i activitats humanes diverses.<\/p>\n<p>I aix\u00ed queda plasmat en la nova <strong>pir\u00e0mide de la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia,<\/strong> elaborada per la Fundaci\u00f3 juntament amb altres entitats internacionals i grups d&#8217;experts, que, a m\u00e9s d&#8217;incorporar pautes de consum d&#8217;aliments, inclou tamb\u00e9 indicacions culturals i socials lligades a l&#8217;estil de vida mediterrani.[\/vc_column_text][vc_images_carousel images=&#8221;53844,53847,53853,53841,53850&#8243; img_size=&#8221;960&#215;750&#8243; onclick=&#8221;link_no&#8221; slides_per_view=&#8221;3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Beneficis de la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Segons recull la web de la Fundaci\u00f3, entre les propietats beneficioses per a la salut d&#8217;aquest patr\u00f3 alimentari destaca el tipus de greix que el caracteritza (oli d&#8217;oliva, peix i fruits secs); les proporcions en els nutrients principals de les receptes i la riquesa en micronutrients, derivada de l&#8217;\u00fas de verdures de temporada, herbes arom\u00e0tiques i condiments.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Els cient\u00edfics ens han indicat que el que estableix la pir\u00e0mide \u00e9s el m\u00e9s saludable&#8221;, va indicar Raid\u00f3. I va continuar detallant alguns <strong>beneficis de la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia en la salut de les persones<\/strong>, entre els quals va esmentar efectes com:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prevenci\u00f3 de malalties degeneratives com l&#8217;Alzheimer<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Reducci\u00f3 de la incid\u00e8ncia de la malaltia coron\u00e0ria<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prevenci\u00f3 de malalties oncol\u00f2giques (c\u00f2lon i mama)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Manteniment del pes (reducci\u00f3 del sobrep\u00e8s i l&#8217;obesitat)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tot i aix\u00f2, &#8220;els estudis recents indiquen que cada vegada estem m\u00e9s allunyats dels patrons que estableix la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia&#8221;, ha apuntat Raid\u00f3.
