Tot s\u00f3n noms de receptes famoses, per\u00f2 m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del nexe gastron\u00f2mic, hi ha un altre element que interrelaciona totes aquestes receptes: e<strong>l seu cognom indica el lloc on es van crear.<\/strong> Totes elles van ser <strong>creades en hotels o restaurants<\/strong> que s&#8217;han convertit avui en part indissociable del seu nom.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed que, si vols descobrir per qu\u00e8 se l&#8217;anomena past\u00eds Tatin a un past\u00eds de poma invertida o on es va originar el sandvitx conegut com &#8220;bikini&#8221;, no deixis de llegir les seg\u00fcents l\u00ednies. Et descobrim l&#8217;origen del nom i cognom d&#8217;algunes de les receptes m\u00e9s famoses d&#8217;avui en dia![\/vc_column_text][vc_separator][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #981e32;\">1. AMANIDA C\u00c8SAR. Hotel Cesar, Tijuana (M\u00e8xic)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Com b\u00e9 diu el seu nom, l&#8217;<strong>amanida Caesars<\/strong> va n\u00e9ixer al restaurant de l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hotelcaesars.com.mx\/es\/tijuana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hotel Caesar\u2019s<\/a> de Tijuana, M\u00e8xic. Va ser l&#8217;any 1927 quan C\u00e9sar Cardini, cuiner i llavors propietari del restaurant, va donar origen a aquest plat que avui \u00e9s conegut internacionalment.<\/p>\n<p>Diu la llegenda que Cardini va convidar a dinar uns amics i davant la falta d&#8217;ingredients, va utilitzar all\u00f2 que tenia a m\u00e0 a la cuina: unes fulles d&#8217;enciam partides en trossos petits i un guarniment amb els ingredients que tenia disponibles. I aix\u00ed va ser com va es va originar aquest plat nascut a Tijuana i que avui se serveix al voltant del m\u00f3n, tamb\u00e9, per descomptat, al restaurant Caesar&#8217;s, on \u00e9s el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hotelcaesars.com.mx\/es\/ensalada-caesar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">plat estrella.<\/a>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_gallery interval=&#8221;3&#8243; images=&#8221;55123,55120&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; onclick=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1629290813616{padding-top: 10px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #981e32;\">2. ENTRECOT CAF\u00c8 DE PAR\u00cdS. Caf\u00e8 de Par\u00eds, Ginebra (Su\u00efssa)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Que el nom no us confongui. L&#8217;origen d&#8217;aquesta recepta cl\u00e0ssica no \u00e9s a Par\u00eds, sin\u00f3 a Ginebra, Su\u00efssa.<\/p>\n<p>La hist\u00f2ria es remunta a l&#8217;any 1930 quan el sr Boubier, propietari del restaurant Le Coq d&#8217;Or de Ginebra va inventar una salsa a base de mantega amb esp\u00e8cies, herbes i altres ingredients per acompanyar una pe\u00e7a de vedella a la graella.<\/p>\n<p>La seva filla, coneixedora de la recepta d&#8217;aquesta salsa, es va casar amb el propietari del restaurant Caf\u00e8 de Par\u00eds, tamb\u00e9 a Ginebra (Su\u00efssa). I va ser al 1942 quan aquest establiment es va especialitzar en servir un \u00fanic plat: un entrecot de vedella amb aquesta salsa. El conegut fins avui com l&#8217;<strong>Entrecot Caf\u00e9 de Par\u00eds<\/strong>, que encara es pot degustar al lloc on es va popularitzar: <a href=\"https:\/\/chezboubier.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Chez Boubier &#8211; Caf\u00e8 de Par\u00eds.<\/a>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_gallery type=&#8221;nivo&#8221; interval=&#8221;3&#8243; images=&#8221;55142,55139&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; onclick=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #981e32;\">3. PAST\u00cdS SACHER. Hotel Sacher, Viena (\u00c0ustria)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Viatgem fins al segle XIX a Viena. All\u00e0, el pr\u00edncep Wenzel von Metternich va encarregar a l&#8217;aprenent de pastisser, Franz Sacher, que cre\u00e9s unes postres per als seus convidats. La recepta del past\u00eds inclo\u00efa xocolata, melmelada d&#8217;albercoc i crema batuda, ingredients que es convertirien en la base d&#8217;aquesta recepta famosa.<\/p>\n<p>Anys m\u00e9s tard, el fill del pastisser va decidir obrir un hotel a Viena, amb el seu cognom:<strong> Hotel Sacher,<\/strong> un dels m\u00e9s famosos del m\u00f3n i on va seguir comercialitzant el past\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Va ser aix\u00ed com al 1832, quan Sacher tenia 16 anys, va n\u00e9ixer el que avui es coneix com a <strong>past\u00eds Sacher<\/strong>, associat al cognom del seu creador i al posterior hotel que va inaugurar la seva fam\u00edlia i que encara est\u00e0 en funcionament a Viena.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_gallery interval=&#8221;3&#8243; images=&#8221;55149,55146,55159&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; onclick=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #981e32;\">4. FETTUCCINE ALFREDO. Ristorante Alfredo, Roma (It\u00e0lia)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>En aquest cas, qui dona el cognom als fettuccine va ser Alfredo Di Lelio el 1908 a la &#8220;trattoria&#8221; que la seva mare regentava a Roma. Per\u00f2, qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el que va donar lloc a la creaci\u00f3 dels fettucine Alfredo i a qu\u00e8 es deu la seva fama?<\/p>\n<p>Segons la hist\u00f2ria recollida al <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilveroalfredo.it\/\">web del restaurant<\/a>, aquest plat va ser creat per Alfredo arran de la falta de gana de la seva dona quan estava embarassada. La dona va sucumbir a aquesta recepta de pasta <em>al dente<\/em> que Alfredo finalitzava a la taula afegint mantega barrejada amb formatge parmes\u00e0 ratllat i van decidir incorporar-la a la carta de restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 l&#8217;\u00e8xit dels Fettuccine Alfredo va arribar el 1927 des de Hollywood. Douglas Fairbanks i Mary Pickford, dues estrelles del cinema americ\u00e0, van viatjar a Roma per la lluna de mel i van visitar el restaurant Alfredo. Diuen que a arran de la bona experi\u00e8ncia, li van regalar una forquilla i una cullera d&#8217;or en els es podia llegir: &#8220;<strong>To Alfred, the King of noodles<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest moment i la seva posterior difusi\u00f3 van fer que els fettuccine Alfredo fossin coneguts mundialment i que el restaurant, encara en funcionament sota el nom d'&#8221;Il Vero Alfredo&#8221; &#8211; reb\u00e9s la visita de nombrosos famosos de Hollywood i gent coneguda internacionalment. La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilveroalfredo.it\/en\/celebrities\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">galeria de fotos<\/a> de la web n&#8217;\u00e9s una prova.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_gallery interval=&#8221;3&#8243; images=&#8221;55163,55166,55169&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; onclick=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #981e32;\">5. PAST\u00cdS TATIN. Hotel Tatin, Lamotte-Beuvron (Fran\u00e7a)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Quants plats creats per accident han arribat a ser receptes famoses arreu del m\u00f3n? El past\u00eds Tatin n&#8217;\u00e9s un.<\/p>\n<p>Va succeir al 1889 a l&#8217;Hotel Tatin, regentat per les germanes Stephani i Caroline Tatin. Diu la llegenda que a causa d&#8217;un descuit, les pomes es van cuinar massa i per poder aprofitar-les, van decidir posar la massa del past\u00eds a sobre i la van acabar d&#8217;enfornar. Li van donar la volta i,<em> voil\u00e0<\/em>! Aquest va ser l&#8217;origen de la<strong> recepta cl\u00e0ssica que porta el cognom de les germanes Tatin<\/strong> i de l&#8217; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lamaisontatin.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hotel de Lamotte-Beuvron<\/a> (Fran\u00e7a), encara en funcionament.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_gallery interval=&#8221;3&#8243; images=&#8221;55173,55176&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; onclick=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #981e32;\">6.PATATES MAXIM\u2019S. Restaurant Maxim&#8217;s, Par\u00eds (Fran\u00e7a)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Hi ha moltes m\u00e9s receptes famoses que porten el cognom del restaurant on es van originar. Per exemple, les <strong>patates Maxim&#8217;s,<\/strong> una recepta original del <a href=\"https:\/\/maxims-de-paris.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">restaurant parisenc Maxim&#8217;s<\/a> fundat el 1893.<\/p>\n<p>Per elaborar la recepta de les conegudes patates Maxim&#8217;s, cal pelar les patates, tallar-les a fines rodanxes, col\u00b7locarles en una plata de forma imbricada, banyar-les amb mantega clarificada i cuinar-les al forn durant uns minuts.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed aconseguireu reproduir aquesta recepta creada a la d\u00e8cada de 1900 al restaurant Maxim&#8217;s de Par\u00eds.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_gallery interval=&#8221;3&#8243; images=&#8221;55190,55193&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; onclick=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #981e32;\">7. CARPACCIO AMB SALSA HARRY&#8217;S BAR. Harry&#8217;s Bar, Ven\u00e8cia (It\u00e0lia)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cipriani.com\/it\/harrys-bar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"broken_link\">Harry&#8217;s Bar<\/a> \u00e9s un dels restaurants m\u00e9s famosos de Ven\u00e8cia (It\u00e0lia). Fundat als anys 30, encara avui pots asseure&#8217;t en una de les seves taules i demanar-te el plat estrella: el <strong>carpaccio amb salsa Harry&#8217;s Bar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En qu\u00e8 consisteix aquesta salsa que ha heretat el nom del restaurant on va ser creada? Sala Bikini, Barcelona (Espanya)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>A Catalunya un &#8220;mixto&#8221;, \u00e9s a dir, un sandvitx calent de pernil i formatge, \u00e9s conegut com un &#8220;bikini&#8221;. Encara que coincideixin, el nom no t\u00e9 res a veure amb el banyador femen\u00ed de dues peces tamb\u00e9 anomenat biquini.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;origen d&#8217;aquest nom no \u00e9s altre que el de la <a href=\"https:\/\/bikinibcn.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sala de ball barcelonina Bikini<\/a>.
