Davant d\u2019aquest escenari, formar-se en hoteleria, restauraci\u00f3 i cuina es converteix, avui m\u00e9s que mai, en una inversi\u00f3 de futur.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Creixen les ofertes de feina del sector hoteler i de la restauraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Algunes dades avalades pel portal de feina <a href=\"https:\/\/www.turijobs.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Turijobs<\/a>, especialitzat en turisme i hoteleria, indiquen que el nombre d\u2019ofertes de feina vinculades al sector HORECA no para de cr\u00e9ixer. Per ser exactes, <strong>al 2021 les ofertes de feina del sector s\u2019ha incrementat en un 18% respecte al 2019<\/strong>, especialment en els mesos de juny, juliol i setembre. I l\u2019increment d\u2019ofertes s\u2019accentua en els darrers 4 mesos, en un 5%.<\/p>\n<p>Tot el contrari passa amb les candidatures, que no paren de baixar any rere any. Per posar dades: &#8211; 40% de candidatures en el sector HORECA al 2021 respecte dos anys abans, i \u2013 25% en els darrers quatre mesos.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019escenari que es dibuixa, doncs, \u00e9s clar: <strong>manquen professionals formats en el sector hoteler i de la restauraci\u00f3<\/strong>. En una pon\u00e8ncia en qu\u00e8 tamb\u00e9 feia refer\u00e8ncia als canvis en qu\u00e8 es veur\u00e0 immers el sector HORECA derivats de la nova realitat post Covid-19.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>HORECA, <\/strong><strong>tres sectors en un<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>HORECA \u00e9s un acr\u00f2nim de tres paraules: <strong>Hotel, Restaurant i C\u00e0tering<\/strong>.
