Quines s\u00f3n les noves tend\u00e8ncies en hoteleria i en l&#8217;\u00e0rea d&#8217;Aliments i Begudes?<\/p>\n<p>Una de les assignatures del pla d&#8217;estudis del <a href=\"https:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/ca\/master-in-hospitality-management\/?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=post&amp;utm_campaign=mhm&amp;utm_term=coolhunting\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">M\u00e0ster en Direcci\u00f3 Hotelera<\/a> \u00e9s <strong>trends in hospitality<\/strong>, \u00e9s a dir, tend\u00e8ncies al sector hoteler i de la restauraci\u00f3. Impartides pel professor Carl Rohde, les <a href=\"https:\/\/scienceofthetime.com\/cool-hunt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sessions de<em> coolhunting<\/em><\/a> tenen com a objectiu formar els futurs professionals del sector perqu\u00e8 siguin m\u00e9s sensibles a les noves tend\u00e8ncies i a la innovaci\u00f3.
