Les empreses d\u2019hospitality utilitzen molta aigua en les operacions di\u00e0ries aix\u00ed que t\u00e9 tant <\/span><b>sentit comercial com ambiental <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">implementar una pol\u00edtica de bones pr\u00e0ctiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De mitjana, un hotel de 100 habitacions consumeix cada any 16.573 m3 d&#8217;aigua, 209.541 kWh d&#8217;energia i gasta 58.436 \u20ac. Segons un estudi, la implementaci\u00f3 d\u2019una <\/span><b>pol\u00edtica transversal de bones pr\u00e0ctiques<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> aplicades a hotels i a c\u00e0mpings podria reduir l&#8217;\u00fas d&#8217;aigua en almenys 422 milions de m3 a l\u2019any a tot Europa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquests s\u00f3n els <\/span><b>3 passos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que has de seguir per fer front al malbaratament d&#8217;aigua a les teves instal\u00b7lacions.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1. Mesurar<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El primer pas \u00e9s obtenir una imatge completa del consum que es t\u00e9 i per aix\u00f2 cal fer un seguiment peri\u00f2dic. Per monitoritzar cal recopilar l&#8217;hist\u00f2ric de factures d&#8217;aigua i comptabilitzar tota l&#8217;aigua utilitzada pels accessoris i els electrodom\u00e8stics, tant dins com fora de l&#8217;edifici.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Segons un informe de Green Hospitality, el <\/span><b>consum mitj\u00e0 per persona<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que va dormir en un hotel el 2016 va ser de 301 litres. Un hotel per sobre d&#8217;aquest registre t\u00e9 marge de millora, per\u00f2 encara estant per sota, probablement pugui millorar perqu\u00e8 300 litres \u00e9s molt\u00edssima aigua. Per descomptat, pots crear el teu propi est\u00e0ndard de mesura: litres d&#8217;aigua per habitaci\u00f3, per visitant, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s molt important mesurar les \u00e0rees d&#8217;alt consum d&#8217;aigua, com ara cuines, bugaderies i piscines. Amb un comptador digital es pot connectar la xarxa al n\u00favol per rebre <\/span><b>alertes quan el consum excedeix els nivells acceptables<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. El termini d&#8217;amortitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquests comptadors \u00e9s molt curt perqu\u00e8 permeten identificar mals comportaments i <\/span><b>reduir dr\u00e0sticament el consum<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. A m\u00e9s, quan els empleats s\u00f3n conscients que estan sent monitoritzats, el seu comportament canvia.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=&#8221;57944&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: right;\"><b><i>&lt;&lt;Sabies que algunes aixetes dispensen fins a 15 litres d&#8217;aigua per minut? <\/i><\/b><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: right;\"><b><i>I que el 95% de l&#8217;aigua de l&#8217;aixeta mai no toca les mans de l&#8217;usuari!&gt;&gt;<\/i><\/b><\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. Invertir<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les empreses poden reduir el consum d\u2019aigua <\/span><b>sense afectar el servei al client<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> mitjan\u00e7ant la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 d\u2019equips de baix consum d\u2019aigua. Aquest \u00e9s un principi fonamental en les ind\u00fastries del turisme i hospitality: el client no ha de notar cap millora ambiental a no ser que ho sol\u00b7liciti espec\u00edficament. On pots posar els teus diners? La teva estrat\u00e8gia s&#8217;ha de concentrar inicialment en \u00e0rees amb el consum m\u00e9s gran d&#8217;aigua i la menor inversi\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Programa de reutilitzaci\u00f3 de tovalloles<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: sol\u00b7licita als clients que pengin les tovalloles per reutilitzar-les i assegura&#8217;t que el personal ho compleixi. Tindre una pol\u00edtica per assegurar-se que si el personal de l&#8217;hotel sent que es necessiten tovalloles netes, es proporcioni alguna extra en lloc de reempla\u00e7ar-les. Aix\u00ed t&#8217;assegures no inoportunar el client.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Programa de reutilitzaci\u00f3 de roba de llit<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: si aquesta no \u00e9s la vostra pol\u00edtica actual, no canvieu la roba de llit durant l&#8217;estada d&#8217;un hoste ni us comuniqueu amb el client per sol\u00b7licitar un canvi de roba de llit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Redueix la pressi\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de l&#8217;aigua en \u00e0rees espec\u00edfiques o en tota la finca i assegura&#8217;t que no hi hagi un impacte negatiu durant l&#8217;operaci\u00f3. Per exemple, la neteja d&#8217;una piscina s&#8217;ha d&#8217;aprofitar en un moment de reducci\u00f3 de la pressi\u00f3 i no pas en una data aleat\u00f2ria.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=&#8221;57948&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: right;\"><b>&lt;&lt;<i>Menys del 2% de l&#8217;aigua corrent es consumeix directament; <\/i><\/b><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: right;\"><b><i>la majoria s&#8217;utilitza per a higiene personal, neteja i preparaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aliments.<\/i><\/b><b>&gt;&gt;<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3><b>3. Comunicar<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un cop saps quanta aigua uses, a on va i ja has actualitzat les instal\u00b7lacions, arriba l&#8217;\u00faltima fase: <\/span><b>influir en el comportament hum\u00e0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Els mals h\u00e0bits contribueixen significativament al malbaratament, per tant cal comunicar i encoratjar a fer servir menys aigua tant a clients com a treballadors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Formaci\u00f3 d&#8217;empleats<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: ensenya als empleats a utilitzar la menor quantitat d&#8217;aigua possible mentre treballen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Comunicaci\u00f3 amb el client:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> interactua amb els clients, sense por i sent sincer: &#8220;Estem treballant per reduir el nostre impacte ambiental sense afectar la seva estada; no obstant, hi ha diverses coses que podria fer per recolzar les nostres accions&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En altres paraules, explica una hist\u00f2ria que inclogui missatges sobre altres activitats mediambientals amb les que l\u2019hotel ja s&#8217;ha comprom\u00e8s: l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica, les emissions de carboni, la minimitzaci\u00f3 de residus, etc.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=&#8221;57951&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: right;\"><b>&lt;&lt;<i>Una coberta de piscina pot reduir el consum total d&#8217;energia en una piscina <\/i><\/b><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: right;\"><b><i>fins a un 30% evitant l&#8217;evaporaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;aigua.<\/i><\/b><b>&gt;&gt;<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tenir un pla de gesti\u00f3 de l&#8217;aigua no nom\u00e9s beneficia la nostra activitat comercial i la salut del nostre planeta.
