{"id":50856,"date":"2011-10-11T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2011-10-10T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.santpol.edu.es\/euht-stpol-participates-in-a-pioneering-project-to-promote-international-practices\/"},"modified":"2011-10-11T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2011-10-10T22:00:00","slug":"euht-stpol-participates-in-a-pioneering-project-to-promote-international-practices","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.santpol.edu.es\/en\/blog\/euht-stpol-participates-in-a-pioneering-project-to-promote-international-practices\/","title":{"rendered":"EUHT StPOL participates in a pioneering project to promote international practices"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>During the recent 50th International <strong>EUHOFA<\/strong> (International Association of Directors of Hotel Schools) Congress, held in late September in Estonia, the <strong>University School of Hospitality Management of Sant Pol de Mar<\/strong>, directed by <strong>Llu\u00eds Serra<\/strong> (also vice president of EUHOFA Intl.) has been chosen to participate in an important international project aimed to facilitate the<strong>selection<\/strong><strong>, monitoring and evaluation of hotels of reference<\/strong> for students of the hotel schools adhered to this organization, in order to guarantee good quality practices.<\/p>\n<p>Renowned educational centers in the Netherlands, United States (Johnson &amp;
