{"id":50868,"date":"2016-05-31T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-05-30T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.santpol.edu.es\/experts-from-europe-meet-at-the-igcat-conference-at-euht-stpol\/"},"modified":"2016-05-31T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2016-05-30T22:00:00","slug":"experts-from-europe-meet-at-the-igcat-conference-at-euht-stpol","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.santpol.edu.es\/en\/blog\/experts-from-europe-meet-at-the-igcat-conference-at-euht-stpol\/","title":{"rendered":"Experts from Europe meet at the IGCAT Conference at EUHT StPOL"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Experts in Gastronomy, Culture, Art and Tourism meet today in Hotel school Sant Pol de Mar.<\/h2>\n<p>Representatives from the European regions are attending a strategic meeting regarding the future of <a href=\"http:\/\/igcat.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IGCAT<\/a> and its impact in European regions regarding thes issues:\u00a0 Gastronomy, Art, Culture and Tourism.<\/p>\n<p>IGCAT, together with Hotel School Sant Pol, organise the first final of the European Young Chef Award that will take place in Sant Pol in November.\u00a0 This is an official event of the program at the Catalonia <a href=\"http:\/\/europeanregionofgastronomy.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">European Region of Gastronomy<\/a>.\u00a0 The President of the jury of the competition will be Joan Roca (El Celler de Can Roca), world&#8217;s #1 restaurant.\u00a0 After the event, Joan Roca and Carme Ruscalleda (7 Michelin Stars in Sant Pau, Moments and Sant Pau Tokio) will debate about the products of proximity (Km0).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-14437\" src=\"http:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/2016-05-31-09.22.59-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"IGCAT Meeting\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-14439\" src=\"http:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/2016-05-31-09.22.33-576x1024.jpg\" alt=\"IGCAT Meeting\" width=\"576\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Experts in Gastronomy, Culture, Art and Tourism meet today in Hotel school Sant Pol de Mar.
