The chef has shown them the <strong>culinary processes<\/strong> he uses to do to elaborate &#8216;Restaurant Disfrutar\u2019 and \u2018Restaurant Compartir\u2019 best <strong>menus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-16014 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Sessio-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"Sessio\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In addition, <strong>Oriol Castro<\/strong> has shared with the students his <strong>baggage in management culinary techniques<\/strong>, one of the most important elements for a restaurant to <strong>succeed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oscar Mayer<\/strong>, a former student of the last edition of the <strong>Master in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management<\/strong>, has accompanied <strong>Oriol Castro<\/strong> as he is currently part of his <strong>kitchen team<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About &#8216;Disfrutar Restaurant&#8217;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/en.disfrutarbarcelona.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>&#8216;<\/strong><strong>Disfrutar Restaurant&#8217;<\/strong><\/a> is a <strong>Mediterranean<\/strong> and <strong>avant-garde restaurant<\/strong> placed in <strong>Barcelona<\/strong>. The chefs <strong>Mateu Casa\u00f1as, Oriol Castro and Eduard Xatruch<\/strong>, who worked together in <em>elBulli Restaurant<\/em>, set up a restaurant called <strong>\u2018Compartir Restaurant\u2019<\/strong>, located in <strong>Cadaqu\u00e9s. <\/strong>After this first successful project<strong>,<\/strong> they set up <strong>\u2018Disfrutar Restaurant\u2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Since it was opened, the <strong>\u2018Disfrutar Restaurant\u2019<\/strong> has received a large number of <strong>awards<\/strong>. In <strong>2015<\/strong>, it achieved its <strong>first Michelin Star<\/strong> in 2015 Michelin Guide. In <strong>2016<\/strong>, it was proclaimed <strong>Best New Restaurant in Europe<\/strong> by <strong>Opinionated About Dining<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Recently,<strong> \u2018Disfrutar Restaurant\u2019<\/strong> has been included on the <strong>51-100 list of The World&#8217;s 50 Best Restaurants<\/strong> reaching <strong>55th position<\/strong>.
