{"id":51017,"date":"2017-04-20T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-04-19T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.santpol.edu.es\/euht-stpol-escogida-formar-parte-del-area-gastronomica-b-delicious-del-salon-del-turismo-b-travel\/"},"modified":"2017-04-20T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2017-04-19T22:00:00","slug":"euht-stpol-escogida-formar-parte-del-area-gastronomica-b-delicious-del-salon-del-turismo-b-travel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.santpol.edu.es\/en\/blog\/euht-stpol-escogida-formar-parte-del-area-gastronomica-b-delicious-del-salon-del-turismo-b-travel\/","title":{"rendered":"EUHT StPOL participates at B-Delicious gastronomy area of the B-Travel Tourism Fair"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>The Montju\u00efc Campus (Barcelona) has hosted the 25th edition of the B-Travel Tourism Fair (from 21 to 23 April)<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>EUHT StPOL<\/strong> has been chosen by the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.diba.cat\/es\">Diputaci\u00f3 de Barcelona<\/a><\/strong> as an educational center in charge of managing the gastronomic space of dishes on the <strong>Barcelona-Maresme<\/strong> coast of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.b-travel.com\/b-delicious\"><strong>B-Delicious<\/strong><\/a>, the gastronomic area of \u200b\u200bthe B-Travel Tourism Fair.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/IMG-20170421-WA0002.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-16597\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-16597\" src=\"http:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/IMG-20170421-WA0002-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"IMG-20170421-WA0002\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/a>The students of the <a href=\"http:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/en\/master-in-culinary-arts-and-kitchen-management-english\/\"><strong>Master in Culinary Arts and Kitichen Management<\/strong><\/a> have cooked for <strong>B-Delicious<\/strong>, an initiative that aims to show the <strong>enno-gastronomic<\/strong> attractions of different <strong>Catalan and Spanish<\/strong> populations, as well as many other countries.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>dishes<\/strong> with which they have participated are <strong>Sliced \u200b\u200bcod<\/strong>, <em>romesco<\/em>, bottled hazelnuts and olive powder; <strong>Black rice<\/strong>, prawn essence and pea <em>alioli<\/em>; <strong>Sea and mountain<\/strong> of meatballs and <em>sepionas<\/em> and s<strong>trawberries, biscuit and Catalan mango cream<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>attendees<\/strong> have been able to taste the creations elaborated by our <strong>students<\/strong> and the proposals of some of <strong>the<\/strong> <strong>most recognized restaurants<\/strong> of the current gastronomic panorama. <strong>B-Delicious<\/strong> has also offered <strong>tastings<\/strong> of wines, cavas, liqueurs and craft beers, as well as <strong>workshops<\/strong> and <strong>demonstrations<\/strong> by great <strong>chefs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The fair, which celebrates its <strong>25th anniversary<\/strong> this year, has taken place from <strong>21 to 23 April<\/strong> at the Montju\u00efc Exhibition Center in Barcelona. The general admission have cost <strong>\u20ac 8<\/strong> if purchased before 20 April and <strong>\u20ac 10<\/strong>, if purchased after 21 days.
