They will visit the Hotel-School in May, June and July respectively<\/h3>\n<p>It is <strong>Summer<\/strong> time and in <strong>EUHT StPOL<\/strong> we welcome new students passionate about the world of <strong>gastronomy<\/strong> and <strong>restaurant service<\/strong>. All of them will come from different countries and will spend two weeks at the <strong>Hotel-School<\/strong>. They visit us with the aim of knowing our culture, learning new things and living an authentic #stpolexperience<\/p>\n<p>During May, June and July, EUHT StPOL will host <strong>five groups<\/strong> of students graduated in different specialties (Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration and Gastronomy). The <strong>Summer Course<\/strong> teaches the following <strong>6 subjects<\/strong>: food, events, destination management, distribution systems, culinary culture and molecular cuisine.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the theoretical classes will be complemented by <strong>professional visits<\/strong> to emblematic places such as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boqueria.info\/index.php?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Boqueria Market<\/strong><\/a>, the <a href=\"http:\/\/jamonexperience.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Jam\u00f3n Experience<\/strong><\/a> Museum, the organic winery <a href=\"http:\/\/www.altaalella.wine\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Alta Alella<\/strong><\/a> &#8211; where they will taste the typical Catalan <strong><em>cava<\/em> <\/strong>&#8211; and, for the first time ever, a visit to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.operasamfaina.com\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Operasamfaina<\/strong><\/a>; a gastronomy and <strong>art<\/strong> experience.<\/p>\n<p>Once the <strong>Summer Course<\/strong> is over, the students will obtain an<strong> official title<\/strong>. They can validate it by subjects or university credits at the educational centers of their country.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2eb2ff;\">WE HIGHLIGHT<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ana Bel\u00e9n Charry<\/strong>, a finalist of <a href=\"https:\/\/vimeo.com\/174793036\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>MasterChef Colombia 2016<\/strong><\/a> edition, has been a student of one of the Summer Courses.
