He started his studies in Reno Nevada (USA) and has done our master to learn <strong>new culinary techniques<\/strong> and improve their <strong>cuisine abilities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In order to finish the best way his time in <strong>EUHT StPOL<\/strong>, <strong>Miguel \u00c1ngel<\/strong> has decided to do an interhsip at the prestigious <a href=\"http:\/\/en.disfrutarbarcelona.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Disfrutar Restaurant<\/strong><\/a>, placed in Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p>Among others, <strong>Miquel \u00c0ngel<\/strong> has explained that in the Restaurant he is taking a <strong>life lesson<\/strong>. Furthermore, the professional chefs are teaching him the importance of <strong>working as a team<\/strong>, an essential thing to be a great chef.<\/p>\n<p>We are happy it is going <strong>well<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #2eb2ff;\">About Disfrutar Restaurant<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/en.disfrutarbarcelona.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>\u2018<\/strong><strong>Disfrutar Restaurant\u2019<\/strong><\/a> is a <strong>Mediterranean<\/strong> and <strong>avant-garde restaurant<\/strong> placed in <strong>Barcelona<\/strong>. The chefs <strong>Mateu Casa\u00f1as, Oriol Castro and Eduard Xatruch<\/strong>, who worked together in <em>elBulli Restaurant<\/em>, set up a restaurant called <strong>\u2018Compartir Restaurant\u2019<\/strong>, located in <strong>Cadaqu\u00e9s. <\/strong>After this first successful project<strong>,<\/strong> they set up <strong>\u2018Disfrutar Restaurant\u2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Since it was opened, the <strong>\u2018Disfrutar Restaurant\u2019<\/strong> has received a large number of <strong>awards<\/strong>. In <strong>2015<\/strong>, it achieved its <strong>first Michelin Star<\/strong> in 2015 Michelin Guide. In <strong>2016<\/strong>, it was proclaimed <strong>Best New Restaurant in Europe<\/strong> by <strong>Opinionated About Dining<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Recently,<strong> \u2018Disfrutar Restaurant\u2019<\/strong> has been included on the <strong>51-100 list of The World\u2019s 50 Best Restaurants<\/strong> reaching <strong>55th position<\/strong>.
