{"id":51150,"date":"2017-11-24T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-11-23T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.santpol.edu.es\/practicas-restaurante-mas-bello-del-mundo\/"},"modified":"2017-11-24T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2017-11-23T23:00:00","slug":"practicas-restaurante-mas-bello-del-mundo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.santpol.edu.es\/en\/blog\/practicas-restaurante-mas-bello-del-mundo\/","title":{"rendered":"Internship in the most beautiful restaurant in the world"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Scott Arn, a student of the Master in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management tells us about his internship experience at the recently awarded Alkimia Restaurant<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.alkimia.cat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Alkimia Restaurant<\/strong><\/a> (Barcelona) has been awarded with the <strong>SBID 2017 (International Best Design Restaurant of the World)<\/strong>.\u00a0 <strong>Jordi Vil\u00e0<\/strong> is the <strong>chef<\/strong> of this restaurant that goes beyond the gastronomy to make you take part of an <strong>artistical and sensory experience<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scott Arn<\/strong>, a student of the<strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/en\/master-in-culinary-arts-and-kitchen-management-english\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Master in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Managment<\/a><\/strong>, has had the opportunity of learning with Jordi&#8217;s kitchen team because of the<strong> summer internships<\/strong> that <a href=\"http:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Hotel-School<\/strong><\/a> offers. During some intensive months, Schott has learnt not only culinary techniques but also he has discovered that the environment contributes a lot in the overall costumer experience.<\/p>\n<p>We have interviewed him <strong>EUHTStPOL<\/strong> tho know firsthand how is working in the most beautiful restaurant of the world.
