Miquel, an <strong>EUHT StPOL<\/strong> <strong>ex-student<\/strong>, has returned to the school which offered a jump-start to his carrer, to offer a Masterclass to the current students of the <a href=\"http:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/en\/studies\/master-in-culinary-arts-and-kitchen-management\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Master in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management<\/strong><\/a> and of the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/estudios\/master-en-artes-culinarias-y-direccion-de-cocina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">M\u00e1ster en Artes Culinarias y Direcci\u00f3n de Cocina<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>During the Masterclass, <strong>Miquel Aldana<\/strong> effectively shared his passion for <strong>cooking<\/strong> with the students. Tresmacarrons Restaurant, with one <strong>Michelin Star<\/strong>, is a great example of\u00a0<strong> traditional catalan cuisine<\/strong>, developed on the basis of <strong>maximum quality seasonal products<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>His <strong>modest cuisine<\/strong>, based on local produce, has been revealed in the demonstration of\u00a0 two of the dishes offered on his <strong>menu<\/strong>: cod with asparagus textures and strawberry cheesecake.<\/p>\n<p>See the <strong>photographic summary<\/strong> of Miquel Aldana\u2019s Masterclass below:[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_gallery interval=&#8221;3&#8243;
