But, how to gather the most typical dishes of up to <strong>35 countries<\/strong> in one day? The <strong>World Buffet<\/strong>, organized every year by EUHT StPOL, accomplishes this challenge by far.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">During two days, the international students of our <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/en\/studies\/master-in-culinary-arts-and-kitchen-management\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Master in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 together with the ones who take the <a href=\"http:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/en\/master-in-culinary-arts-and-kitchen-management-english\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>English<\/strong><\/a> version of the same program -, bring us closer to their home countries through <strong>culinary tradition<\/strong>. \u201cEspumilla quitena\u201d from <strong>Ecuador<\/strong>, \u201cEnchilada\u201d from <strong>El Salvador<\/strong> or \u201cColorful Daikon Rolls\u201d from <strong>South Korea<\/strong>, are some of the dishes that the students cooked and that were really successful among the dinner guests.<\/p>\n<p>The Academic Direction of <strong>EUHT StPOL<\/strong> thanked the pupils and the teachers for their dedication and their enthusiasm when preparing the Buffet.
