This sector and its digitalization are the focus of the third edition of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.expohip.com\">HIP (Hospitality Innovation Planet) \u2013 Horeca Professional Expo<\/a> that takes place from February 18<sup>th<\/sup> until the 20<sup>th<\/sup> in Madrid. Together with the exhibition area, which brings together more than 400 firms that introduce their innovations for the sector; in the context of the HIP takes place the so-called <strong>Hospitality Congress 4.0<\/strong>; the largest international congress about innovation and transformation of the Horeca sector. As a matter of fact, it is at the Hospitality Congress 4.0 that two lecturers from the<a href=\"https:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/eng\"> University College of Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts of Sant Pol de Mar (EUHT StPOL)<\/a> participate as speakers.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.expohip.com\/agenda-2019-speakers\/carl-rohde-conrad\/\" class=\"broken_link\"><strong>Carl Rohde<\/strong><\/a>, professor of the <a href=\"https:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/en\/studies\/master-in-hospitality-management\/\"><strong>Master in Hospitality Management<\/strong> <\/a>of EUHT StPOL is one of the outstanding international speakers of the Hospitality 4.0 Congress. Rohde will participate in the congress with two conferences. One entitled &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.expohip.com\/agenda-2019\/7-dilemas-recepcion-vs-guest-experience-manager-20190220\/\" class=\"broken_link\">7 dilemmas: Reception vs Guest experience manager<\/a>&#8221; in which they will analyze the differences, potentialities, advantages and disadvantages of these two aspects of the hotel&#8217;s relationship with the client. The other, under the title &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.expohip.com\/agenda-2019\/carl-rohde-the-future-of-cool-hospitalities-20190219\/\" class=\"broken_link\">The future of cool hospitalities<\/a>&#8221; will collect the latest trends in the hospitality sector observed through<a href=\"http:\/\/scienceofthetime.com\/\"> Science of the Time<\/a>, one of the world\u2019s first trend research and innovation agencies founded by Professor Carl Rohde.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Llu\u00eds Cod\u00f3, professor of different academic programs at EUHT StPOL<\/strong> like the <a href=\"https:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/en\/studies\/bachelor-degree-in-hospitality-and-tourism-management\/\">Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/en\/master-in-culinary-arts-and-kitchen-management-english\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Master in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/en\/studies\/master-in-hospitality-management\/\">Master in Hospitality Management<\/a>, has also participated in the HIP 2019.
