Jonatan Lozano, student of the Master in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management, has achieved the second place of the podium of the contest # ProturChef2019.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Last weekend, four students from EUHT StPOL participated in the semifinals of the 3<sup>rd<\/sup> National Cooking School Competition <a href=\"https:\/\/proturchef.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">#ProturChef2019<\/a>: <strong>Jonatan Lozano, Oriol Peidr\u00f3, Henrique Cortat and Pachi Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, students of the <a href=\"https:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/master-in-culinary-arts-and-kitchen-management-english\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Master in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>They all agree that they decided to get into the contest with the aim to take advantage of a new opportunity to continue learning and to explore new ideas and proposals in the kitchen sector. According to the competition\u2019s rules, they submitted a recipe with cod as the main and mandatory ingredient and a second recipe of free choice. Their proposals made them finalists in the contest, held at the Protur Biomar Gran Hotel &amp; Spa in Sa Coma, Mallorca (Spain).<\/p>\n<p>There, they had to cook in maximum 90 minutes their recipe proposals in front of a jury. They were the ones who decided that one of them<strong>, Jonatan Lozano, could reach the final stage of the contest.
