These were led by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbre.es\" class=\"broken_link\">CBRE<\/a> Spain and Portugal, with the participation of the heads managers of the offices located in Barcelona, Madrid, Bilbao and Lisboa.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn CBRE we believe in a change of philosophy in the sector of property management to put the <strong>focus on the customer satisfaction<\/strong>, offering a five-star service through the implementation of hospitality concepts in the area of property management\u201d, pointed out Monica Pinto, Marketing Manager of CBRE Property Management Plataforma Iberica.<\/p>\n<p>This is why they have chosen a training led by <strong>EUHT StPOL<\/strong>, university college with more than 50 years of experience specialized in hospitality management training and recognized in 2019 as the <a href=\"https:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/en\/blog\/euht-stpol-among-the-world-top-20-universities-in-hospitality-and-leisure-management\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>19<sup>th<\/sup> world best university in Hospitality and Leisure Management<\/strong><\/a>, according to the QS World University Rankings.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are delighted to have developed this initiative, pioneer in the hospitality area, which, we believe is the first milestone to a new professional specialization with a very promising future\u201d has stated Llu\u00eds Serra, Managing Director of EUHT StPOL.<\/p>\n<p>This is the starting point into a feedback process between both institutions that will allow, among other things, CBRE to also be a professional venue of EUHT STPOL\u2019s students specialized in hospitality.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Two leading companies in their area<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>CBRE is the international leading company in consulting and real estate services.
