All of them with a clear objective: to demonstrate who is the best young cocktail maker in Catalonia.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_column_text]The <a href=\"https:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/en\/concurso-de-cocteleria-joven-de-cataluna\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Young Cocktail Competition of Catalonia<\/strong><\/a> has had the participation of different Hospitality and F&amp;B schools in Catalonia, each one represented by a student and his cocktail proposal. In total, twelve participants who have started the contest with a<strong> knowledge test on cocktails<\/strong> and then went on to the demonstration phase, during which they have prepared and explained the cocktails in front of the<strong> jury of skill and ability.<\/strong> Then, in another room, the tasting jury also valued the cocktails according to different parameters regarding this area.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, the\u00a0 Young Cocktail Competition of Catalonia has awarded as <strong>the best cocktail<\/strong> \u201cEphemeral\u201d, designed and prepared by ESHOB student Cristina Riera, who has received the \u201cManuel Villalante\u201d trophy awarded by the Hotel-School of Sant Pol de Mar. Jatin Kanda, a student at the School of Hospitality and Tourism in Barcelona, \u200b\u200bhas received the \u201cSpecial Club del Barman\u201d trophy as second best ranked by the \u201cManchai\u201d cocktail.<\/p>\n<p>The trophy of the &#8220;Associaci\u00f3 Catalana de Sommeliers&#8221; for the cocktail with the best score of the tasting jury has been for &#8220;Pink Sunset&#8221; designed and prepared by Sergio Xavier Pardo, of the Bivio restaurant; while Ignasi Art\u00e9s, from the Osona School of Hospitality has received the \u201cJosep M. Gotarda\u201d trophy for the skill and ability for the \u201cReminiscence\u201d cocktail.
