He did his internship in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mandarinoriental.com\/barcelona\/passeig-de-gracia\/fine-dining\/restaurants\/catalan-cuisine\/moments\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Moments<\/a>, <strong>the two Michelin star restaurant<\/strong> lead by the chef Carme Ruscalleda in the hotel Mandarin Oriental Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #981e32;\"><em>Working in a fine dining two Michelin star restaurant is intense but it\u2019s definitely<\/em> <\/span><em><span style=\"color: #981e32;\">rewarding every single day.<\/span> <\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>He studied chemistry and worked several years in this industry, but \u201cmy real passion it\u2019s always been food\u201d, says Rodr\u00edguez.
