On this occasion, Artur Mart\u00ednez, chef of the A\u00fcrt restaurant, explained in the online masterclass the concept and details of the cuisine of his gastronomic restaurant located in the lobby of the Hilton Diagonal Mar hotel in Barcelona and which has a Michelin star.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_column_text]After the <a href=\"https:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/en\/blog\/masterclass-online-oriol-castro-chef-restaurant-disfrutar-barcelona\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">online masterclass given by Oriol Castro, chef of the restaurant Disfrutar<\/a> in Barcelona, \u200b\u200bthis time who has explained the secrets of his cuisine has been <strong>Artur Mart\u00ednez, Head Chef of the A\u00fcrt restaurant in Barcelona.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During the online masterclass with the students of the <a href=\"https:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/en\/master-in-culinary-arts-and-kitchen-management-english\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Master in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management<\/a> of EUHT StPOL, and also with the students of the <a href=\"https:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/en\/technical-degree-in-gastronomy-and-restaurant-service\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Technical Degree in Gastronomy and Restaurant Service<\/a>, Mart\u00ednez made a retrospective of the gastronomic projects in which he has participated until today: Buen Gusto (family business in Terrassa), Capritx (2002-2017) with which he obtained a Michelin star in 2010 and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aurtrestaurant.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">A\u00fcrt<\/a> (2019); located in the lobby of the Hilton Diagonal Mar hotel in Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;exoticism of proximity&#8221; is A\u00fcrt&#8217;s philosophy &#8220;both in terms of the products we use, but also of the relationship and treatment with the customer,&#8221; explained the chef.
