Ser\u00e0 la 34a edici\u00f3 d\u2019un dels cert\u00e0mens de cuina amb m\u00e9s traject\u00f2ria del nostre pa\u00eds, que es reprendr\u00e0 despr\u00e9s de no poder celebrar l\u2019anterior edici\u00f3 a causa de la pand\u00e8mia de la Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019actual edici\u00f3 del <a href=\"https:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/concurso-cocina-joven-de-catalunya\/\">Concurs de Cuina Jove de Catalunya<\/a> tindr\u00e0 com a tem\u00e0tica central la<strong> cuina de proximitat<\/strong> i est\u00e0 obert a la participaci\u00f3 d\u2019estudiants o professionals de la cuina menors de 26 anys, residents a Catalunya.<\/p>\n<p>Sota aquesta tem\u00e0tica, els concursants hauran d\u2019elaborar una recepta que ser\u00e0 valorada per un jurat presidit per la<strong> xef Fina Puigdevall<\/strong> i integrat per representants de PRODECA (Promotora d\u2019Exportacions Agroaliment\u00e0ries Catalanes. Generalitat de Catalunya); de l\u2019Acad\u00e8mia Catalana de Gastronomia i Nutrici\u00f3; de l\u2019Ag\u00e8ncia Catalana de Turisme i de l\u2019EUHT StPOL, aix\u00ed com tamb\u00e9 periodistes gastron\u00f2mics.<\/p>\n<p>El guanyador\/a absolut del Concurs de Cuina Jove ser\u00e0 qui representar\u00e0 Catalunya a la fase final de l<a href=\"https:\/\/www.europeanyoungchefaward.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>\u2019European Young Chef Award<\/strong><\/a> (EYCA), que se celebrar\u00e0 el novembre de 2022 a Trondheim (Noruega), Regi\u00f3 Europea de la Gastronomia 2022.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les inscripcions per participar al Concurs de Cuina Jove de Catalunya es poden formalitzar fins el 15 d\u2019abril\u00a0<\/strong>d\u2019acord amb les bases publicades al web\u00a0<strong>www.concurscuinajove.cat <\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Fina Puigdevall, presidenta del jurat del Concurs de Cuina Jove de Catalunya<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El Concurs de Cuina Jove s\u2019emmarca en la Jornada Universit\u00e0ria de Gastronomia que l\u2019EUHT StPOL celebra des del 1980.<\/p>\n<p>Enguany, la xef convidada a la Jornada Universit\u00e0ria de Gastronomia i al Concurs de Cuina Jove de Catalunya \u00e9s la <strong>Fina Puigdevall, propiet\u00e0ria i xef del restaurant <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/lescols.com\/restaurant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Les Cols<\/strong><\/a> (Olot), reconegut amb<strong> dues estrelles Michelin, una estrella verda Michelin i tres Sols de la Guia Repsol.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Puigdevall va ser guardonada amb el <strong>Premi Nacional de Gastronomia 2019,<\/strong> atorgat per l\u2019Acad\u00e8mia Catalana de Gastronomia i Nutrici\u00f3 (ACGN).
