And why? What are the new trends in hospitality and in the food and beverage industry?<\/p>\n<p>One of the subjects of the <a href=\"https:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/en\/master-in-hospitality-management\/?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=post&amp;utm_campaign=mhm&amp;utm_term=coolhunting\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Master in Hospitality Management<\/a> study plan is <strong>trends in hospitality<\/strong>. Led by professor Carl Rohde, the <a href=\"https:\/\/scienceofthetime.com\/cool-hunt\/\">coolhunting sessions<\/a> aim to train business professionals to become more trend and innovation sensitive. The methodology begins with the presentations of different trends of different areas: hospitality, food and beverage, digital marketing, etcetera.<\/p>\n<p>After that, the students hunt for \u201ccool seeds\u201d in Barcelona.
