It was distributed in garages and included maps, basic mechanics instructions, refueling stations, and establishments where travelers could eat and rest. Everything changed when it became popular. After a few years, a group of inspectors was hired with one mission: to find and classify the best places to eat on a scale of one, two, and three stars:<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h5><b>1 Michelin star<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> means that cuisine of great finesse is prepared there. It pays to <\/span><b>stop over<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">!<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><b>2 Michelin stars<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> mean that it has excellent cooking. It&#8217;s worth a <\/span><b>detour<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">!<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5><b>3 Michelin stars<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> mean that it has a unique cuisine. It\u2019s worth a special <\/span><b>journey <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">there!<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Michelin Guide has always valued two aspects: the <\/span><b>food <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">itself and the <\/span><b>experience <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of the service. Over time, new awards have appeared to assess all the gastronomic offers: the Bib Gourmand, the Michelin plate, the Green Star, and cutlery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The most important of these is the <\/span><b>Bib Gourmand<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which is awarded based on the quality-price ratio of the food -currently set at a menu of less than \u20ac35 in Europe-. The Michelin <\/span><b>plate <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">distinguishes only the culinary aspect of quality restaurants that do not reach the previous categories. The <\/span><b>green star<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> highlights haute cuisine restaurants committed to ecology through sustainable practices and workflows.
