We are telling you here!<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Spain settles as a world culinary reference<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><b>Spain is well-settled as a world culinary reference<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spanish restaurants grab 16 positions in the world&#8217;s Top 100, and yet had up to 20 chefs in total, as the restaurant Disfrutar is led by three cooks, while the Cocina Hermanos Mu\u00f1oz and Les Cols are led by two each. On the night of &#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/thebestchefawards.com\/\"><strong>The Best Chef Awards 2022<\/strong><\/a>,&#8217; held at the Palacio de Cibeles in Madrid, Spanish gastronomy triumphed. One could say that Diverxo\u2019s chef, Dabiz Mu\u00f1oz, won \u201cat home\u201d this time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And who is deciding on the award? The jury is made up of 350 voters: 100 chefs who were previously awarded in the 2021 edition, 100 new candidates for the 2022 ranking, and a selection of 150 professionals, including journalists, critics, connoisseurs, photographers, and other specialists.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><strong><b>Dabiz Mu\u00f1oz and Joan Roca, first and third<\/b><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Dabiz Mu\u00f1oz<\/strong>, the owner of the three-Michelin-starred <strong>DiverXO<\/strong> restaurant, returns to the top of this ranking.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Joan Roca<\/strong> from El Celler de Can Roca, the winner in 2017 and 2018, comes in third place. <strong>Andoni Luis Aduriz<\/strong> of the Mugaritz restaurant takes fifth place, having also received &#8216;The Best Chef Science Award.&#8217; In sixth place are the Disfrutar chefs <strong>Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch, <\/strong>and <strong>Mateu Casa\u00f1as<\/strong>.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_gallery type=&#8221;image_grid&#8221; images=&#8221;58078,58081,58084&#8243; img_size=&#8221;300&#215;300&#8243; onclick=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They are followed by #13 <\/span><b>\u00c1ngel Le\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, from the Aponiente restaurant, and #18 <\/span><b>Eneko Atxa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, from the Azurmendi restaurant, both restaurants with three Michelin stars; and #19 <\/span><b>V\u00edctor Arguinzoniz<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, winner of the Spanish National Gastronomy Award.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_gallery type=&#8221;image_grid&#8221; images=&#8221;58093,58087,58090&#8243; img_size=&#8221;300&#215;300&#8243; onclick=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Within the Top 50 we find #33 <\/span><b>Quique Dacosta<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, #36 <\/span><b>Paco Roncero<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, #38 <\/span><b>Diego Guerrero<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, #41 <\/span><b>Javier and Sergio Torres<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, #42 <\/span><b>Mart\u00edn Berasategui<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and #43 <\/span><b>Paco Morales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_gallery type=&#8221;image_grid&#8221; images=&#8221;58102,58105,58108,58096,58099,58111&#8243; img_size=&#8221;300&#215;300&#8243; onclick=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finally, this classification includes #56 <\/span><b>Dani Garc\u00eda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, #87 <\/span><b>Paco P\u00e9rez<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and #96 <\/span><b>Martina Puigvert<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>Fina Puigdevall<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> who enter the list for the first time.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_gallery type=&#8221;image_grid&#8221; images=&#8221;58128,58131,58125&#8243; img_size=&#8221;300&#215;300&#8243; onclick=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>The best chefs in the world at EUHT StPOL<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Surely, students from different promotions of EUHT StPOL will remember having shared learning with chefs who are now considered the best in the world. Specifically, 4 of the Top 5 and 12 of the Top 100.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For example, <strong>Fina Puigdevall<\/strong>, from Les Cols, and <strong>Oriol Castro<\/strong>, a former Bulli employee and one of the three chefs of the Disfrutar restaurant, have given different <a href=\"https:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/blog\/masterclass-online-oriol-castro-chef-restaurante-disfrutar-barcelona\/\">masterclasses<\/a>\u00a0with the students of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/en\/master-in-culinary-arts-and-kitchen-management-english\/?utm_source=blog&amp;utm_medium=post&amp;utm_campaign=bestchefsawards\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Master in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management<\/strong><\/a>. <\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_video link=&#8221;https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=TH4gSdjZX9Q&amp;t=2s&#8221; el_width=&#8221;80&#8243; align=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Also maintaining a connection with EUHT StPOL we have <strong>Rene Redzepi, Joan Roca, Andoni Luis Aduriz, Mauro Colagreco, Massimo Bottura, Quique Dacosta and Martin Berasategui<\/strong>.
