Five days in which more than 20 hotel schools from all around the world participated in, including <strong>EUHT StPOL<\/strong>, the general manager of which, <a href=\"https:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/en\/blog\/lluis-serra-managing-director-of-euht-stpol-elected-president-of-euhofa-international-the-first-international-association-of-hospitality-schools\/\">Llu\u00eds Serra, has held the presidency of EUHOFA since 2019<\/a>. As a representative of EUHT StPOL, Dr. Eva Canaleta, academic director of the center, also attended the EUHOFA Congress.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Colegio Superior de Gastronomia<\/strong>, in collaboration with the <strong>Universidad Panamericana<\/strong> and the <strong>Centro Culinario Ambros\u00eda<\/strong>, organized five lectures conducted by professionals from the sector, which served to focus the theme of the 2023 edition: the humanization of the hotel sector, in order to be more sensitive to the new realities that surround us. The participants worked together to find new tools that would guarantee the highest educational quality for graduates in their university centers, addressing practical aspects, such as the risks and opportunities in F&amp;B, or more theoretical approaches, such as the deconstruction of happiness.<\/p>\n<p>EUHOFA is, since 1955, <strong>the first international association of directors of hotel, tourism and gastronomy schools<\/strong> and currently has 200 members from the five continents.
