Chefs such as <strong>Joan Roca<\/strong> and <strong>Oriol Castro<\/strong> regularly collaborate with EUHT StPOL through master classes or as internship destinations for some of our academic program students. Keep reading![\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Spain, the country with the most chefs represented<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>From first position to place n\u00ba 91, up to <strong>20 chefs have their establishment in Spain<\/strong>, including Italian Paolo Casagrande head-chef at Lasarte Barcelona. He chaired the last jury of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/en\/blog\/paolo-casagrande-lasarte-chairing-catalan-young-chef-award-2023\/\">Catalan Young Chef Award<\/a><\/strong> organized by EUHT StPOL. What&#8217;s more, in the surroundings of our school between Barcelona and Girona, there are the establishments of 10 chefs that appear on the list.[\/vc_column_text][vc_gallery type=&#8221;image_grid&#8221; images=&#8221;59848,59842,59845&#8243; img_size=&#8221;300&#215;300&#8243; onclick=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Dabiz Mu\u00f1oz, the best for the third time in a row<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Madrid-based chef Dabiz Mu\u00f1oz, the owner of the three Michelin star restaurant <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/diverxo.com\/\">DiverXO<\/a><\/strong>, leads the Top 100 of the best chefs in the world on the list of &#8216;The Best Chef Awards&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>He is followed by two chefs who have risen very strongly in the list: Albert Adri\u00e0 from <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/enigmaconcept.es\/es\/\" class=\"broken_link\">Enigma<\/a><\/strong> in Barcelona, with two Michelin stars; and Ana Ro\u0161 from the three-star <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hisafranko.com\/en\/\">Hi\u0161a Franko<\/a><\/strong> (Kobarid, Slovenia). You can&#8217;t miss classics like Ren\u00e9 Redzepi, Andoni Luis Aduriz, Rasmus Munk, Joan Roca or the chefs from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.disfrutarbarcelona.com\/\">Disfrutar<\/a>: Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch and Mateu Casa\u00f1as.[\/vc_column_text][vc_gallery type=&#8221;image_grid&#8221; images=&#8221;59857,59851,59854&#8243; img_size=&#8221;300&#215;300&#8243; onclick=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Special prizes<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In addition, <strong>Jordi Roca<\/strong> has won the <strong>Best Pastry Award<\/strong> thanks to his <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rocambolesc.com\/es\/\">Rocambolesc<\/a><\/strong> bakery, receiving this award for the second time. <strong>Ferran Adri\u00e0<\/strong> has seen his legacy as a professional who revolutionized world gastronomy recognized with his work at elBulli from 1983 to 2011, with <strong>The Best Chef Legend Award<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The rest of the Special Awards were: The Best Chef Pizza Award, for Franco Pepe; The Best Chef Dining Experience Award, for Gr\u00e9goire Berger; The Best Chef FoodArt Award, for Karime L\u00f3pez; The Best Chef Rising Star Award, for Tala Bashmi; The Best Local Chef Award, for Roberto Sol\u00eds and Wilson Alonzo; The Best Chef Science Award, for Rodolfo Guzm\u00e1n; and The Best Chef Voted by Professionals Award, for Rasmus Munk.[\/vc_column_text][vc_gallery type=&#8221;image_grid&#8221; images=&#8221;59884&#8243; img_size=&#8221;300&#215;300&#8243; onclick=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>The best chefs and the EUHT StPOL\u2019s link<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Surely, students from different EUHT StPOL promotions will remember having shared learning with chefs who are today considered the best in the world. In addition, its restaurants are <strong>internship destination<\/strong> <strong>for EUHT StPOL students<\/strong>, with a high-rate chance to stay in their kitchens with a regular contract.<\/p>\n<p>For example, Oriol Castro, exBulli and one of the three chefs at the restaurant Disfrutar, has taught a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/blog\/masterclass-online-oriol-castro-chef-restaurante-disfrutar-barcelona\/\">master class<\/a><\/strong> on more than one occasion with the students of the <a href=\"https:\/\/santpol.edu.es\/en\/master-in-culinary-arts-and-kitchen-management-english\/\">Master in Culinary Arts, Innovation and Kitchen Management<\/a>.
