The winners of the 2025 MICHELIN Keys have already been announced during the Michelin Key 2025 Global Awards Gala, held in Paris this Tuesday. It was an exciting event where we discovered the new hotels distinguished with one, two, or three MICHELIN Keys, as well as four special awards.

They achieve the highest standards in several categories, including architecture and interior design, quality of service, personality and overall character, value for money, and their contribution to the surrounding environment.

The 2025 edition of the MICHELIN Keys confirms the strong momentum of the hospitality industry in Spain and shows how the sector is successfully adapting to an increasingly demanding market. Beyond the growing number of recognized establishments, what stands out this year is the focus on projects with a distinct essence and identity, combining comfort with authenticity, sustainability, history, and a deep connection to their surroundings.
Hotels are increasingly valued for their ability to offer memorable experiences that integrate gastronomy, environment, and local culture, going far beyond simple accommodation. Moreover, the geographical diversification of the awarded properties demonstrates that Spain’s tourism appeal now extends well beyond traditional destinations.
Overall, these developments position Spain as one of the most dynamic and creative hospitality destinations in Europe, where innovation, excellence, and a strong sense of personality are setting the course for the future.
