Every year, dozens of national and international students choose EUHT StPOL to build their future in the hospitality industry. This 2024–2025 academic year, a new graduating class has completed their studies at the school, taking a key step towards their professional career.
Throughout their time at EUHT StPOL, our students have experienced a comprehensive learning journey: from theoretical classes led by industry experts to hands-on training at our hotel-school, including professional visits, real events, and applied projects. We train future professionals in the hospitality sector—from gastronomy to international hotel management—through our learning by doing methodology, where real-world practice with actual clients is central from day one.
EUHT StPOL is more than just a school: it's an international learning environment where lifelong bonds are created and a global professional outlook is developed. It's a place to discover new interests, strengthen skills, and, for many, find a true calling.
Although the academic year has ended, activity at EUHT StPOL continues throughout the summer. Some students from the first years of the Bachelor’s and Technical programs remain in training at the hotel-school, while others are spread across different countries doing international internships. Those who have completed their studies are currently immersed in their final professional internships at top hotels, restaurants, and companies in Spain and abroad. This stage marks the beginning of their careers and is when they apply everything they’ve learned in a real, demanding environment.

What was their EUHT StPOL journey like?
Our Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Culinary Management began their EUHT StPOL journey four years ago. After a complete learning experience, combining theoretical and practical training, professional visits, events, and unforgettable moments, they now finish this stage fully prepared to enter the job market. Students who completed the Technical Degree in Gastronomy and Restaurant Service wrapped up their academic stage just over a month ago. After three years of intensive, hands-on training in both kitchen and service, they are now completing their final internships at prestigious restaurants—many of them Michelin-starred. The students of the Master in Culinary Arts, Innovation and Kitchen Management have recently completed a one-year intensive program at EUHT StPOL. Offered in both Spanish and English, the program combines advanced culinary techniques, creativity, and kitchen management from a practical and professional perspective.
