Aishwarya Mahesh studied the Master in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management in the University College of Hospitality Management and Culinary arts of Sant Pol de Mar (EUHT StPOL), Barcelona in 2018-2019. She did her six months’ internship in the Hotel Arts Barcelona, specifically in the 2 Michelin star restaurant ENOTECA by chef Paco Perez.
Before starting the master’s degree at EUHT StPOL she was a pastry chef in her country, India. Her goal: to become a head chef of a restaurant some day in the nearly future; that’s why she decided to enrol to the Master in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management.
“When it comes to the master’s degree and the Michelin star restaurant, I’ve learnt a lot of techniques and it is really interesting”, says Aishwarya Mahesh.
