Víctor Quintillà, chef del restaurante Lluerna con una estrella Michelin, ha impartido una masterclass para el alumnado del Máster en Artes Culinarias y Dirección de Cocina de la Escuela Universitaria de Hotelería y Turismo de Sant Pol de Mar (EUHT StPOL). Su restaurante, Lluerna, fue de los primeros de la zona de Barcelona a unirse a la filosofía slow food.
